  • Co-Founder

    Michelle Gomes is an experienced Project Coordinator and Communications Specialist with a strong background in Indigenous engagement, digital platform implementation, and community-based initiatives.

    Since 2019, she has supported over 125+ Nations and organizations across Canada, helping deliver high-impact digital solutions, strategic outreach, and operational support. Her work has centered around capacity building, communications strategy, community engagement, and digital transformation, creating sustainable systems that empower teams to manage projects and communications independently.

    Michelle is passionate about ethical collaboration, long-term relationship building, and creating systems that empower both clients and teams. She brings a unique blend of organization, creativity, and purpose-driven energy to every project she takes on.

    Her vision for Thrive Project Solutions is to provide accessible, community-centered consulting and training that helps teams grow stronger from within, fostering independence, confidence, and clarity in every system built.

    Anca Bosnea is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) who helps organizations bring structure, clarity, and collaboration to complex projects. With a background spanning non-profit, government, and private sectors, Anca specializes in guiding teams through technology implementations, business process improvements, and change management initiatives that create meaningful, lasting impact.

    Throughout her career, Anca has led cross-functional teams, optimized systems, and built trusted partnerships with clients and stakeholders. Her approach blends strategic thinking with genuine empathy, ensuring that every project delivers both measurable results and a positive experience for those involved.

    Anca is known for her ability to translate big-picture goals into clear, actionable plans. She thrives on bringing order to complexity, developing efficient processes, and empowering teams to succeed through strong communication and collaboration.
